This Indianapolis based photographer came to me for help branding her new photography business, and once I heard her story I knew I had a great client on my hands. Chalais is a school counselor turned full-time photographer, and that focus on helping people is immediately apparent in her work.
For her brand I knew we needed to create something versatile, elegant and simple. The logo needed to have multiple variations in order to fulfill the many needs of a full photography business. The brand consists of two full logo iterations, a horizontal word-mark and a circular "seal" as well as several watermark options for proofs and social media posts. The color palette was inspired by Chalais' love for the warmth of nature, which comes through in her outdoor sessions.
The web design was created to be easy to navigate, with only a few pages in order to really allow her photos to shine. We used the space to showcase her work and tell a little bit of her story as a photographer.
